Mandarina is happy to provide free ground shipping on all U.S. orders except furniture. Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska or anywhere outside the continental United States are excluded from this offer. Your order will only be shipped once your order is processed by Paypal and your shipping address is verified. Free Shipping Offer is only valid on one shipping address, multiple addresses per order will be charged separately. If you have a special shipping request or would like to expedite the delivery of your order, please contact us and we’ll be happy to accommodate you. Standard Delivery is guaranteed within 5 to 10 business days. Orders are processed on the first available business day after your order is placed and Paypal transaction is processed.

Express Delivery is guaranteed in 2 days in some cases it will arrive the next day.
EXPRESS SHIPPING POLICY:
Premium Delivery is guaranteed within 2 business days from the time your order is placed. To guarantee this, your order must be received by 12:00pm EST. Any orders placed after 12:00pm EST, will technically be processed the following business day, allowing an additional day for guaranteed delivery. Please note orders placed after 1:00pm on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed Monday and should arrive by Wednesday. In some cases delivery cannot be guaranteed and you will be contacted by a customer service representative within 24 hours.
RETURN POLICY:
All requests for returns or exchange must obtain a confirmation from Mandarina first. Please contact us via email (jaia@mandarinahome.com) or phone (205) 568-9489. Once you have received a confirmation for return or exchange, merchandise must be received by us within 14 days following receipt of goods. If goods are damaged or do not match original order request customers will be refunded the full purchase price (including shipping) once goods have been received by Mandarina. Return shipping will be covered by Mandarina only if goods arrived damaged or do not match your order. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase Mandarina will offer a full refund (minus shipping) once goods have been received by Mandarina in their original, unused, re-saleable condition.
All sale items purchased at a reduced price are a FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

SALES TAX:
Mandarina charges no sales tax on any orders shipped outside the state of Alabama. If Mandarina is not collecting your respective state’s sales tax (if one exists), you are expected to comply with your respective state’s laws regarding online purchases. Tax will automatically complied when check out with Pay-Pal.

Mandarina has its own special beautiful hand-made rice paper in variety of colors and patterns. Our wrapping has been well known for its simplicity yet stunningly gorgeous. Gift wrapping is extra charge based on the size of the product (price range $3-$6). When order, please click on gift wrapping while selecting your products. We will send you an email and let you know the additional gift wrapping price. If any, should be wrapped together, and any greeting you would like us to include on the Mandarina gift card.
